Homemade Butter Cake
Before I got pregnant, I’m loved to bake cake. Brought few book to study, brought a lot of baking utensil…but it’s only been use for 3 months only. Got morning sick, evening sick, night sick (??), tired, no mood after got pregnant…Finally all stuff seal into cabinet liao…
Yesterday night really eat full nothing to do liao..hahaa.. Open my freezer..eeee…still got some ingredient not yet expire wor…hahaa..Brought 16 months b4 ler…dig out the entire utensil and prepare my homemade butter cake liao..
Started to make my pineapple butter cake, the only adept cake recipe and mine favourite…

Get ready ingredient: - butter, cake flour, pineapple, pineapple juice, sugar, egg
Mixed ingredient 1 by 1, with this mixer just took about 15 mins to mixed all..
Cake b4 put into oven.
Here the result..Abit scorched…
Actually I just like to bake cake, but not dare to eat all laa…too fat liao…usually I bring those cake to my mother & nephew. I take 1 or 2 slice enough liao..

argghh... i can't see cakes but red 'x'. Either - Yahoo blocked you from linking. Or you overbandwith. If block, susah liao. Overbandwith, you need to reduce your photo resolution low-low baru can accomodate. Or your linking code is wrong. Will come back to 'lau nua' on your cakes.

I too love to bake & like to decorate cakes. Maybe we can xchange recepies. I have a wonderful moist choco cake recepi which I baked & decorated yesterday to take to my Christmas host house. Me don't eat the cakes I bake as I tend to put on weight by just smeeling it-so give it away to friends & relatives.
