Hakka Pan Mee
Have u taste this b4?? Hakka Pan Mee..very popular at Seri Kembangan ohh...but hardly find at others place..The only place I know was at Chow Kit Road..others no idea liao...
This was my today breakfast..Some more is homemake wan hor...my mama is a great cook..she always get ready all the food and wait for us come back to chi chan...hahahaa...
Yalor...The Pan Mee made by tepung gandum + egg + water + oil, and the soup is ikan bilis soup + shu cai choi (don't know wat this call in english wor)...

This was all the topping my mama ready for us..well..sure u cannot find all this in restaurant laaa..but sikit sikit got laa....Ok..let me introduce ahh..small chili with soy sauce, mui choy cho yoke, sambal belacan, garlic, fried onion & fried dry shrimp.
After add in topping... look very delicious liao...yummyumm...
Sorry!! I eat 1st lor...U all see only ahh..don't low kou shui on ur computer table ahh.....

Homemade foo is the best becoz you can add unlimited toppings. Hahaha!
ET, no laa...now she didn't makes the mee liao..coz can buy from pasar liao...RM1.80 per kilo..very cheap...Previously she makes for us wan..but now she said too many work to do liao..so save the time to prepare those toppings lagi good wor...

I like my mom make pan mee, so yummy! Hope now got one but my mom at USA cant have it :(
