10 days after period, get below thing ready.
Cook 3 hard boil egg
for fatty, consume 3 hours b4 XXX.(Good example given : consume egg on 8pm
and XXX on 11pm)Me have to eat Pak Fong Yun after XXX.
And follow the above step daily until next period
time..
According to her SiFu..Egg provides below nutrious...
With the above formula, 40 weeks later u will get.....
Note : This formula for who r able to take the responsibisity of upbringing children..
