Feeding Schedule

Msau’s current feeding schedule:

7.00am --------- 1 Cup Milo
8.00/8.30am--- 1 Bowl Mee Soup / Nasi Lemak + Sayo Ais
11am----- snack – fruits / biscuits / Bread
12.00/1pm------ 1 plate of mixed rice /2 Pcs Roti Canai + Milo Ais
2.30/3pm ------- 7oz milk
3.30pm --------- snacks - biscuits / Apple
5.30pm --------- 1 bowl soup
6.30pm --------- rice + vege + meat + others
9.00pm --------- snacks - biscuits / fruits / supper



Waist Length

b4 pregnant – 24 Inch 30 Inch
2 months – 29.5 Inch
3 months – 28 Inch
4 months - 30 Inch

Above r copy from Jefferene's Yee Ching Feeding Schedule and modified by me lah...haiii....now seem like my eating schedule really look like baby liao....

After sayonana to those sickness, I'm able to eat more liao...very de happy lah..hehe...altho currently I'm not so worry about the weight gain like rocket...But I think I need to be more careful about the food I eat lah...

And hope tat this pregnancy won excess 90 Kgs at 9 months lah...(yalor..last pregnancy b4 gave born to SQ, I about 94 Kgs ler...haiii...heavy like elephant ler..)

No worry about gain weight now lah.. Msau.! eat when you can.. or feel like it..! that way you and baby will be healthy ma..!

But your eating habit look normal to me, though I am not pregnat but sometime still eat like you leh!

Your eating schedule quite ok woh.. but eat wisely lo.
2 pieces of roti canai? all carbo wo, no fiber, after cannot pangsai. :P

Don't worry about eating too much, your body will tell you when to stop. :P

And if you breast feed, very fast loose weight. If tendum feeding, lagi fast loose weight, maybe can be spoke person of Marie France liao. :P

woi egghead... fat bb good but afterwards diff to come out teruk hor LOL

but michelle, dun worry la, for my last pregnancy i ganed about 20 odd kgs so this time around i think i might also be heading that diretion leh... just eat more fibre to avoid constipation, that's all

Last time i pregnant i eat less then b4 i pregnant. Dunno why cant eat more, but i eat small potion and more meal.

Eat healthy food is ok liao, dun eat too much later stomach get used to it then 'susah' lor.

Jefferene, sometimes eat according tat schedule is ok lah..if like me, everyday oso like tat sure gain weight very fast lor..hehe

zara's mama, yalor..shouldn't eat much roti canai wan..haii..I have no others choice at the office lor..tat was the closer restaurant to my office lor..I'm too lazy to walk far mah..

eee...not to drink cold water hor..hehe..trying lor..

sue, wow..20 kgs ohh..hmm..I forgot last time I gained how many kgs liao dim..but not more then 20 oledi very heavy liao lor (stomach)..plus my own weight..haii..walk oso difficult..

wahhh 94kg!!! You must be joking!! Cut down on carbo and eat healthier meal like fruits & vege :). I'm sure will be more under control heheh
