Kiki's 3rd Week ~ Part 1

11:30am 1st blood sample taken at Paed's Clinic

4:30pm Doctor called ~ Blood Test Result 412 (Very high Level)

5:30pm Admission to Hospital Serdang NICU

6:00pm 2nd Blood sample

7:30pm Blood Test Result ~ 379

Very high level of bilirubin (dangerous if above 250)
1st treatment ~ need to put Kiki under the fluorescent lights, to decrease the bilitubin level
If no effect of 1st cure then ..
2nd treatment ~ exchange transfusion (replace with fresh blood)

8:00pm Placed Kiki under 3 fluorescent lights & 吊点滴 （donno wat in english)

*msau being cow on call in the NICU*

18.04.2006

10:00am 3rd blood sample taken

*Kiki lying down under the fluorescent lights except nursing time.*

1:00pm Blood Test Result drop to 311 (1st treatment is working)

Jaundice was due to ABO incompatibility, msau is O+ , Fatty is A+

3:30pm 1st Urine sample taken

4:30pm 4th Blood sample taken

7:30pm Blood Test Result drop to 243

Bilirubin below danger level, will remove fluorescent lights around 12am to see will it become higher with not treatment..

12:30am Removed all fluorescebt lights

*Kiki sleep more nicely, so did msau. wokeup every 2 ~ 3 hours aje*
