Japanese Cold Udon Noodle


1st get ready 1 big bowl of ice + cold water
2nd Cook the soba noodle (about 3 mins) & put all in the ice bowl


3rd kacau a bit & leave it for a while
4th pour the water & topup more ice


5th ready others side ingredients -
seaweeds, green onion, Japanese soy sauce for noodle (must have)
ham / sausage / wasabi (optional)
6th mixed 3 tablespoon of soysauce + 2 tablespoon water + a little bit wasabi
then have some seaweeds, onion & others ..


7th take ur noodle
8th dip into sauce
