Lose Weight Method
I know the best way to losing weight r exercise..But too bad, I hate exercise especially jogging..So I need to use others method to lose weight lor..either use machine/man made lose weight method or control on my appetite..
I tried the slimming course liao..It charged me RM3k for 10 lesson with disappointed result..As what they told if wanna slim like Christy Chung then must take at least 60 lesson..OMG..If I take this 60 lesson sure I will backrupt liao..Crazy offer for rich man.....
So forget about slimming course laa..Last choice control on my appetite..
And below r the keep fit diet I used most..(Most mean 8 -12 months on diet & 1 - 4 months weight grow up again...)..Really ruthless..always avoid delicous food..Totally lost my life happiness & objective liao....
Day One
Breakfast - 1/2 grape fruit, 1 slice bake bread + 2 teaspoon peanut jam, 1 cup coffee or tea without sugar & milk
Lunch - 1/2 can tuna in water, 1 slice bread, 1 cup coffee or tea without sugar & milk
Dinner - 3 oz meat, 1 aplle, 1 small cup vailla ice-cream, 1 cup coffee or tea without sugar & milk
Day Two
Breakfast - 1/2 banana, 1 boiled egg, 1 slice bread, 1 cup coffee or tea without sugar & milk
Lunch - 1 yogurt, 2 pcs discuit, 1 cup coffee or tea without sugar & milk
Dinner - 2 hotdog, 8 oz Broccoli, 10 grape, 1/2 banana, 1/2 small cup vailla ice-cream, 1 cup coffee or tea without sugar & milk
Day Three
Breakfast - 1 apple, 1 slice low fat cheese, 1 discuit, 1 cup coffee or tea without sugar & milk
Lunch - 1 boiled egg, 1 slice bread, 1 cup coffee or tea without sugar & milk
Dinner - 1 can tuna in water, 10 grape, 1/2 broccoli, 1/2 banana, 4 oz honeydrew or watermelon, 1/2 small cup vanilla ice-cream, 1 cup coffee or tea without sugar & milk
For sure I can't maintain long period laa..How to tahan??..So weight grown get worse.. Quite disappointed after tried most of the method to lose fat. Few years after, suddenly all become brighten While I found a natural way to lose fat.
What is the method ler? Breastfeed lor..with exclusively breastfeed SQ, its automaticly burned my fat..Coz breastmilk are produce by 700 calories which are 500 calorie taken from daily meal & 200 calorie from body fat..
So if I maintain my eating habit with maximum 2,550 calorie (necessity for bf mother) intake, naturally I consume only 1,850 calorie (2,550 - 500 - 200) which lower then daily calorie taken by normal female. See that is the naturally way for losing fat.
And no need exercise (if do sure more effective), no need to use money, no need to control appetite..Wow..Finally I found the great method for lose fat liao..Doesn't matter how much fat I could lose, as long as I continue bf then I no need to think about others lose weight method liao...
