Building Contractors
My father is a Building Contractors. He working in building line was more then 40 years. I can said he is expert in building materials and building structure. Although he is not good in calculate quantities of material required for building projects. Usually he will let a QC to calculate for him.
I'm lucky to have him helps on my house renovation. He is the one examine and interpret my house plans and arrange the drawing of plans to meet building regulations. He supervise the work of subcontractors to make sure buildings are of an acceptable standard and are proceeding according to schedule. I'm only order the materials he request and let him finish the job for me.
This advantage have make me save a lots on house renovation expenses. But of cause I'm compensate my father with others way. Because he really work under dangerous circumstances as a building contractor. He been admitted to hospital 2 times on last 3 years. He been fall down from 2nd floor and another 1 time was fall from the roof at different site.
I wish I could offer him a better retire life and request him to get retire as soon as possible. So now is time for me to work hard on earning money. :)
