PPP : Mail Drop For My Office

My Boss asking me this morning, do we need a mail drop for our office? I wonder why she suddenly ask me such question? hmm..But when think it back..I know what is the reason.
Our office is in a business block which is 13 floor height & having hundred of office lot..The mail box are located at the ground floor. Everyday post man have to source out letter to our mailbox more then thousand pcs..This is the problem..most of the time they have misplace our P&C mail to other mailboxes..and we never get back the mail..
From wat I read at maildropguide.com, register a mail drop is very simple & fast and no identification is needed. When I'm suggest to use post office box to boss..she just replied me tat she doesn't wan the P.O.Box marked on the mailing address and makes a no good impression to customer..
So I think maildrop should meet her requirement...coz Mail drops have an actual street address. They even offer remailing services with professional processing. Which will remove the outer envelope and remail the enclosed letter from their location..Another advantage of using Mail drops is there will accept courier service packages on our behalf and will forward to us.
