Not Easy To Find A Nanny

I never think of getting a nanny for my daughter, because I'm never trust others person is able to taking care my child like her own. I only trust my mother and she is the one helps me to taking care both of them now.

But sometimes thing happen without expected. My mother admitted to hospital last year and I suddenly lost a great helper to taking care my daughter. Since I am a full time working mother, is impossible for me to take 2 months leave and look after them. And I have no choice to hire a nanny to take care my daughter.

Finding a suitable and trusted nanny are not easy at all. How I wish I able to select the most suitable nanny from thousand candidates. But due to limited time, I wasn't able to check in more detail on others nanny's background. I trusted my mother and hired her friend to be nanny. Lucky she was an experience nanny. I glad she helps me on those 2 months. And let me have more times to look over my mother after her operation.
