When I'm starts to searching my second dream house, I do consider hiring a real restate company to help me. Because I have not much time to search around and I can’t get more advertisement of the type of house I wanted. I’m looking for double storey terrace with corner lot and also have a small field for me to create a garden. This all have limited my selection. So I have no choice to find a Realtor to help me.
Do you know how much of the commission fees have I paid to the Realtors? 2% of the purchase price. That mean I have paid $6,000.00 to him. Isn’t that cost a lots? That was 2/3 of my lawyer fees.
