I'm decided which home equity loan is best for me when purchase the second home is depends on few things. Like what is the maximum loan amount I can get. And the maximum amount can I afford on the monthly repayment and down payment. I'm planning to renovation the house before we move in. So better included the renovation fees in the Home Equity Loan. Since I know that we have problem to cash out the renovation fees after payoff the down payment & legal fees.
