Office Computer Speed IS Darn Slow

I’m thinking of request my boss to upgrade computer memory for us. Our office computer’s speed are pretty slow, sometimes it will take me few minutes to search the customer information. It’s really slow down our jobs, sometimes customers did compliant us put them on hold in the phone for too long time. I have informed boss regarding this matter and wish she will consider to computer memory upgrade for us soon.
