Worldwide Real Estate Investment

If I have extra money, I think I will invest in real estate. Real estate investments always have good returns. I heard many friends talking about the returns on real estate investment lately, most of them are making money on it. I'm working hard to group some money to join them too. Hopeful to step out my investment plan as early as possible. And if possible I think shouldn't be investing in local real estate only, worldwide investment might bring luxury returns too. I should bring out my idea of investment in Las Vegas Real Estate, Italy Real Estate or many others to my friends and have some further discussion on it.
