Cut Down Telephone Expenses

Our company spends lots on telephone and mobile expenses. Due to our company currently are facing some financial problem, my boss have decided cut down the telephone expenses. Although we have been discuss with those sales personal, request them to do necessary call only, but seem like the expensive have no reduce much. I think we have to do Telecom Audit on the sales personal phone bill already. Perhaps this will reduce our cost effectively.
