My company driver is a careless person, but this isn't a big problem to employ him. Actually, he is a very nice person and kind of responsible on his jobs too. The only thing that my boss doesn't like and wish him to come over is his alcohol addicted. Lucky he usually will drink on weekend only, so it actually wasn't impact his daily jobs.

But I heard from his housemate saying that he usually will drink until drunk on Saturday night and make his housemate in trouble of taking care him. I think his housemate really needs to get some hangover cures stand by at home, and give him when he was drunk.
