Business Trip Planning

I have to booking hotel and air flight for my boss now. She is going to attend a meeting at Australia on next Wednesday. First, I will do the reservation using her vacation membership which is offering free accommodation at oversea. Secondly, I will book the air flight. Then I have to purchase the Trip Insurance after the booking. After purchase the trip Insurance, I could sit back and wait for the departure date with peace of mind. I will claim the insurance if anything happen before and during the trip. This is what I always keep in mind for planning a business trip for boss. Must get the Trip Insurance after done all.
