Phoenix - The Growing City

If I could, I would like to invest into the condominium that likes Phoenix Condos. The main reason is Phoenix - America's newest major city and it is the fastest growing city in the United States. Now should be the best time to invest since current Phoenix properties price are not so expensive. However, I am sure it will bring me luxury returns. Do not forget it still growing and one day, Phoenix might be the most famous and great resident location. Then the properties market price will rise, and I could get profit if selling it. Perhaps what I am think is correct...haha
