Is There Any Increment This Year?

Boss has not take action until today. I thought she would inform us that when will be next increment, but she has not until today. Our company usually will have twice increment each year on Jan and July. Now already month end of July, we still hear nothing from her yet.

Now, I am praying hard she don't influence by the manager. No comment makes by the manager looks accurate. All the colleagues have starting to make nose. Some of them even say that they might stop working here if there are no increments. One f the colleagues even joking that he will selling candy with the vendstar, the income surely will luxury than working here. Anyway, I'm still waiting for the announcement. I won't quit this company easily. I love my job actually.
