Stupid Manager

I think I have to suggest my boss to get us the 360 degree feedback in the office. We need more feedback form different person rather than just listen to the manager. I am not very happy with the comment make by the manager actually, I felt unfair. My workload is heavy, I working overtime every month end to rush for the financial report. Sometimes, I do not even have time for lunch. I will just takpao at the morning and eat at lunch. However, the manager still commenting that I am look like nothing to do in the office hours! KNN...Stupid Manager...I just hope that my boss will not suspect my working performance by listen to the manager comment.
