Long Way to Move Out To New Home

I still have not find realtor to help me let out my apartment yet. The main reason is we have not get enough fund for our new home renovation. Although, I wish to move out from the apartment as soon as possible. Nevertheless, we just can't simply move to the new house that without any renovation done. We need at least a hundred thousand to spend on the renovations. Hubby and I are working hard on saving money now. I pray that we could hit the lottery and win big money! Else, I think we need few years to save that hundred thousand dollar.
