Return My Stationery Please!

Can anyone tell me where is my box cutters? I hate to ask my colleague this question again. I have warned them so many times that must put back my thing after using it. But they never remember to do so. I always wonder that are they pretending forgot or what. Why don't they put back my thing right after use? I think I have to write my name on the things belong to me, to remind them return to me once they finished using it.
