Valued Customer, I'm On Holiday
Back to the customer’s calls, I had received a call from a customer who chase for his order. It’s kind of paiseh to let the customer know that I am on holiday and wasn’t able to check his order for him. So, I say nothing but told him that I’m going to return his call regarding his order in short while. And called back office to request them check for him. I think this will be a better solution; I don’t want to let my customer feel that our company staff is on vacation while he is urgently needs the product.
