Build A Strong Structural House

My father is a construction worker who has more than 40 years experienced. Almost all of my relatives who are want to build a new house or do renovation, will come to him at the first and request for quote or opinion. He loves to tell us, how to maintain a house or what kind of construction materials is suitable for specific building. He always told us that post & beam is very important to build a strong structural building. His tips always important to us.

My father gives us many suggestions on how to renovate our new house. Although I have not enough budget to starts the renovation yet. But I have mark down all of his suggestion and will use it for future renovation. I actually eyes on the designs in the above picture. Below designs, just looks great and I hope my father could help me to find some good renovator and renovate my house just like the one in the picture.
