Have to Suggest Portal Software To Boss

Our company starts to expand our business since 2 months ago. We had bought few new machines to increase productivity and start to hire new sales and marketing executive to help us promote our products. Boss has decided to expand the business as fast as possible.

I am very happy the new milestone our company achieve now. I have been working in this company 5 years ago, and now is the time we see the result. Sales value and quality is increasing with stabilize. Staffs are working in co-operation and happy environment. I feel very happy and relax to working in this kind of environment.

However, I’m starting to worry about the management after hired another five sales and marketing executive. I think now is the time for us to get the portal software and let all the employees find a centralized starting place for access company-related functions. I think we need a good customer relationship management tools and a better workgroup systems.
