My Company Is Using Internet Fax Services

My company is still using the old fax machine to fax some of the documents to customer and supplies. Why I would say like that? Only help us to fax some of the fax documents but not all? You will not believe how this old fax machine working, it is work like a turtle which might use up to 2 minutes to fax over a three pages documents. My boss has complaint about the expensive fax charges. Try to imagine that we take 2 minutes to fax three page documents to each customer, it take up 1 hour to fax the documents to 30 customers only. We still have hundreds of customer to go for. So, can you see how many we have to pay for fax charges?

Now, we are using Internet fax services for documents request by international customer. No doubt, that Internet fax has helped us saving cost. We the fax charges are not as expensive as previously. My boss is satisfied with the quality provided, of course the most important is the affordable price.
