No On Diet Then How To Lose Weight?

Anyone is talking about healthy. Seem like health has become latest trend in my group now. I'm kind of worry actually. Since on diet will affect our healthy, what should I do if I keen to lose weight? I know I should do more exercise but the problem is I do not like exercise and I have no time for that too. Time spend on family and working have already not enough for me, so I don't think I can find more time for doing exercise.


I read from some of the websites regarding the muscle milk. As what I read, muscle milk is a healthy that helps body to maintaining healthy blood sugar levels, so that it able to responsible weight control. I wonder where can I find this muscle milk. Can I get it at grocery shop?
