Wish The Project Will Accepted By Customer

Boss will go to Orlando for a project meeting on November. She need to present her proposal to a Florida customer, which is we are working hard now. We hope that the proposal will be successful present and customer like the ideas too.

Now I have to book a hotel for my boss. I am searching the information about hotels in orlando, I hope to find a lower rate hotel room, because our budget for this project is quite low, so I have to keep track on the expenses. We can't afford overspend now, so must make sure all the expenses not excess our budget. However I think additional budget amount will be add in soon if the project accepted by customer. Well, I am wishing the day will comes true.
