Manage Staff is Important In A Office

My boss doesn’t like to let our driver directly purchase accessories for company truck. According to her, this incur in the management of staff, we have to control them and let them know that company are not allow staff to purchase stuff that they want but not necessary. They have to report to the office and request management staff to purchase the thing for them. I think it is good to control the driver with that way, but the problem is how do we know what kind of truck accessories is suitable for the truck if he not shop for it? Lucky we have many auto accessories online store. I will show my driver the online store when my driver in the office and ask him directly what type of accessories is suitable for the truck.
