Hate To Handle Company Financial Problem

My company has financial problem again. Our financial problem has solved 6 months ago but now all problems coming back again. Many customers have delayed our payments; we are facing difficulties of making payment to suppliers now.

I am feeling stress now, because many suppliers are call for payment but we unable to pay them now due to short of fund in bank. One of the suppliers even stops our purchase order due to this. I have a very bad argument with him last Friday. How could he stop our purchase and increase the price immediately without inform us! Now my materials have out of stock, no materials come in meant our manufacturing doesn’t need to produce anymore! Isn’t him trying to stop our business?

I have no choice to stop all the others payment and pay that stupid supplier first, if not our factory has to close down due to no materials for production already. I am very dislike the way they handle this case, I told my boss we better stop doing business with them.

Now is the problem of employee pay. We have to get ready the fund to pay employee salary, but seem like we are unable to collect more payments form customer to pay for other suppliers and our salary at the same time. I think our salary will delay until next month again. Haii…I think I have to apply for the Payday Loans to pay my car insurance, I am broke now. No more money to pay the car insurance.
