Work Hard On Payment Collection

Another 10 days will be month end already. I am worry about my company would not able to pay us salary on time. I have blog about the financial problem my company having recently. I have tried my best to chase customers for the payments and keep remind my Sales Representative to work hard on the debts collection. I hope we could get at least $50K roll into our cash flow, if not I think we will have the problem to pay employee salary already.

I am a very good employee and I am loyalty to my company too. I never think of resigns and works at others, because my boss treats us very well. I do not want to leave this company with current difficulties, I hope the financial problem would solve soon. How do I pay my insurance premium without company pays me salary? I am headache now.

I think I might need to apply for payday advance if I cannot get my paid on the first day of next calendar month1. Besides insurance premium, I still need to pay my house utilities and others payment. I have to settle all these expense even though I do not eat. Now, I have to pray that boss will invest more money into the business, so that we could have more cash flow to roll.
