$1300K for A House?!

I wish I could have a house like my boss bungalow. I do not mean that I want a huge house, but I do not mind if I afford to buy a bungalow. I like the design of my boss house actually. She has a three story bungalow with swimming pool, karaoke room, home theater, gym room, and many bedrooms. I visited her at the New Year Day; I am very surprise to see the design of her house is very unique but very beautiful.

Her living room design is very modern. A 50” Plasma TV placed on the beautiful furniture in the medium. Both sides have elegant and unique leather sofa and coffee table. Boss told she loves to enjoy the TV time in the living room with her family members. I

I like her bar design too. It is at the living room too, but does not occupy many spaces also. They high quality and traditional wine cabinet and the Quality Bar Stools look perfect in her home. I wonder how much have boss spent on the renovations. I think should not less than $500K. Bought the bungalow already cost her $800K, top up with the renovations of $500K. Wow... Over $1,300K for a house?!! Sound like a dream for me.
