We Need A Security Mailbox

I have no idea what’s going on this few weeks, I have no receive some of the supplier’s invoice and statement. Almost all of them told me already sent out the invoice, I am worry their will think I am purposely delay their payment. I wonder those letter have been sent to other address wrongly or have taken by other people. Because our company mailbox is not the locking mailbox type.

I think I have to advice my boss to get a security mailbox. Hmm...There are so many types of mailboxes in the market, which type is more suitable for us then? Anyway, I will check out those security mailboxes detail to see which one is suitable for us. And then, recommend it to my boss.
