Hand Pain

On my! my hand so pain now. I never thought that I am having this kind of so call "office sickness". I am feeling hand pain since last year and it took me more than 5 months to recover from the sickness. I thought it already over but now it come back to me again.

According to doctor, this is because I am too often working in front of PC and seldom do exercise. So my nerves are "giving some color to me" haii...
