something wrong with study room lighting

I have to request hubby to fix my study room lighting again. This is the third time I am asking him to help. Actually, he already helped to fixed the lighting 2 times, but I have no idea what’s wrong with the study room lighting, it keeps giving us problem. Sometimes the light could not on. And sometimes it could.

I wonder is the electrical supply problem or the light bulb problem. Maybe I should ask electrical technician to check the supply. Hopefully the problem could solve as soon as possible.
