Have to rush for work btu couldn't

I though want to stay in study room to complete my work, however I could not. All because of the light are having problem now. I am feeling headache to do my work under that kind of light because it keeps blinking! I do not know what happen, the light just suddenly blink non-stop.

I think I better request my husband to fix it as soon as possible. If not I could not complete my work on time already. Oh yeap, better request him to check out the bathroom light fixtures as well. The lighting seems have problem also.
