Too Much Of Blackheads

I could not understand why fatty’s has so much of blackheads. The blackheads are in his face and also body, hands and legs! When I tell a friend regarding fatty’s blackhead problem. She commented the blackheads might because of his hormone. Someone even commented his blog is dirty. *sigh* I have no idea what is wrong with him actually. He looks very normal on food intake and often do exercise, but why the problem could not be solve?
