So Fat

I went to clinic to do my follow check up this morning. I am very sad to read my current weight is already 86.5 kgs now! I told everyone I want to on diet last two month ago but I did not loss any weight and worst is gained so much weight! Very disappointed. I think I have to try the Phenphedrine already since I just could not loss weight by self. I hope I could loss at least 5 kgs, is it possible?
