PayPal Party Invitation Email

A friend just asks me if I want to join Paypal Party this morning. I have not heard about what Paypal Party is until she told me. I though Paypal just a virtual online banking. Since when they are so popular in our country? Even organize party here? I know our Paypal just announced that we finally could withdrawn Paypal Money into our local bank already. I do not have to go through International Virtual Debit Card and Credit card anymore! I am so happy to know about this great news! Finally, we could save the transferred cost now.
