Breakdown Insurance

We have no mechanical breakdown insurance in our country yet. Alternatively, maybe we have but I do not know about it? Haha… I never heard friends or people around me regarding this kind of insurance. However, I am quite interested to know more if it is available here. Especially my car is already over 10 years old. Money I spend on repair and maintenance has increase. I wonder if this kind of insurance available for old car or not? If yes, it surely will help me to save many repair fees.
