Siao Slow Internet Speed

My computer firefox suddenly load very slow. I am trying to log in my blogger blog but it keep on loading in blank page without go into dashboard. I am not sure this is because of my internet speed problem or website problem. This happen quite often too. Most of the time was because our siao streamyx problem. We already complaint many times but they never solve the problem. Haii..pity us have to pay expensive cost for this kind of terrible internet speed.
