Stingy to Spend

A friend told me she wants to attend a slimming course soon. She commented her legs are fat now. She want to get back her slim body just like before marry, so she does not want to be stingy and want to spend few thousand in famous slimming course. Well, I would not spend money on that for sure. I only I am very stingy. However, if I could use the slimquick that effective in lose weight, then what for to spend so much?
