Could Not Without Boss

Time without boss in the office is very free and relaxing but is very messy too. i have no target to start my work when boss is not in. I would think of surfing net and playing game only. This is no good and my target of life would be loss in this kind of situation. I think my management is very bad, until I do not know how to manage my time and work. I need a boss to keep track on me and lecture me what to do next. Stupid employee
