Please Don't Complaint

Boss called and complaints about our supervisor just now. She said our so call supervisor told factory workers our company might close down anything due to financial difficulty. He even advice those factory workers to look for new job.

First, I doubt what the supervisor wants, why he said like that.

Second, What boss complaints of isn't first time already. She always complaints in front of us and would never take action on that supervisor.

So, what kind of reaction should I give her? Sorry, I do not know as in my mind she should know this would happen one day because that batu apa is always there. So please don't complaint if you do not take action yourself.
