EPF Scheme

I am thinking to introduce my sister the EPF investment scheme by Public Bank Berhad that I invested few months ago. Although I am not sure would this really profitable investment or not. But I think this would better than invest into insurance again. Since she already have one insurance plan that good enough to cover if anything happen to her. For me, Insurance is to cover someone and not a saving because of it low interest or return. But it is a good coverage if you don't have one.
