No Patient No Care

I think healthcare jobs are not suitable for everyone. Most of the healthcare job needs people that are very patient, so that they could take good care of a sick person. I saw many healthcare staffs that have no patient and kind heart at all. I know they already get used to face so many sick persons, but they should understand how a sick person feels as well. They need care and not a rude response or just ignore them. Please be a really care about them if you want to work in healthcare line.
