Sleepy After Lunch

My colleague brought back the Mcdonalds Lunch we order just now. I have a set of Black Pepper Mcdeluxe. It cost me RM9.40 per set. Well, quite expensive for lunch I think. Anyway, just once a while should not be a problem. I hope I would not gain weight after this yummy lunch. Haha..very sleepy and tire now.. I always want to sleep after lunch time. Too sleepy..
