Please Stop It

I know I should not playing online game anymore. I tried hard not to touch them but still not yet successful. I am still trying to get rid of it, I already stopped few games and only continue two games. However, I am still spent most of my time in these two games. I am quite disappointed with myself too. Why I could not just stop them! Hate it!
