Closed Down Due to Poor Management

I tried spa service in the Spa center I used to visit previously. I never seen them has any spa covers, this make me curious how they protect the hot tune without the cover. Hmm.. Or they keep it away before I enter the spa room that is why I see nothing? Anyway, I have no chance to check it out because that spa center already closed down due to their poor management.
