Should Send To Repair Early

I should send my sofa for leather couch repair last month. Then my hubby would not have chance to think of buy a new set of sofa. I was thinking to save money for our new home and avoid spend money in current apartment already. But my hubby totally has no idea of saving money. He ordered a new sofa without inform me because of the tear at a side of old sofa. Oh my… there my money gone..sob
